          FAQ

          Frequently Asked Questions

Get quick answers about septic pumping, repairs, inspections, pricing, and emergencies-so you know exactly what to expect before we arrive.

How fast can you come out for an emergency?

We offer same-day service and 24/7 emergency response in Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, and Palm Beach. Most emergencies are scheduled within 1–4 hours.

How often should I pump my septic tank?

For most homes (750–1,000 gal tanks), every 3–4 years. Large families, garbage disposals, or rentals may need every 2–3 years. We’ll confirm on site.

Do you clean up after the job?

Always. We rinse down the work area, place lids back securely, and leave your property neat.

What are the signs my tank is full or failing?

Slow drains, gurgling pipes, sewage smells, wet spots above the tank/drainfield, or backups. Call us early to prevent costly damage.

Do you offer camera inspections and hydro-jetting?

Yes. We use HD camera inspections to pinpoint cracks, roots, or breaks. Hydro-jetting removes grease, roots, and sludge to restore flow.

Do you service grease traps and lift stations?

Absolutely. We provide scheduled grease-trap service, lift-station maintenance, logbooks, and compliance reporting for restaurants and facilities.

Are prices different after normal hours?

Yes. After-hours, weekends, and holidays include an emergency dispatch fee. We’ll quote the total before we start so there are no surprises.

What information do you need to give a quote?

Address, tank size (if known), lid access, distance from driveway, last pump date, and any symptoms (slow drains, odors, backups). Photos help speed things up.

Do you locate and dig the tank lids?

Yes. We can locate lids, expose buried lids, and reinstall lids safely. If heavy digging is required, we’ll review any extra labor before we begin.

Do I need a permit for septic work?

Pump-outs typically don’t require permits. Repairs, replacements, and new drainfields may. We handle the paperwork and compliance when needed.

What payment methods do you accept?

          Credit/debit cards, Cash, Zelle

          Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We stand behind our workmanship. Warranties vary by service—ask your technician for the coverage on your job.
